About Dean:

Tenaciousness and passion are two words that describe how Dean Renfro approaches every day and every recruiting project.

With forty-plus years as a small business owner with employees, Dean understands the need to hire the right person for the right job. Having a digital marketing business, he constantly heard clients talk about the struggle of hiring good employees. Using his background in assessing candidates for employment with a national-based non-profit, he began to help his clients find candidates to hire. This soon turned into a full-time activity.

Dean's experience and training as a certified speaker, trainer, and personality coach with the John Maxwell Team, gives him the ability to gain great insights for both clients who are looking to hire and candidates searching for employment. He has a background in construction, engineering, and non-profits.
