About Jessica:

Dedicated to creating long-lasting relationships, Jessica Rogers has built partnerships on finding the 'why' and offering the best candidate to meet culture and longevity for her clients.

Jessica took to the Service Industry in high school as an elective class. She moved up quickly in each position she took on, from Host to Server, Bartender to Key Holder, and Beverage Manager to General Manager. Jessica's background in hospitality started young as a host in her local waffle house. She hit her stride when moving to Denver just as farm-to-table was picking up and found passion in service and local ingredients. She has worked primarily independent restaurants as an NRO manager. Becoming GM of a local favorite brand in 2015 was a high in her career. Staffing and growing line staff has always been a passion; being able to do it every day as a recruiter is a blessing to Jessica.

Jessica has a BS in Environmental Resources that she used to gain knowledge of different cultures and about eliminating overuse or waste of our world's resources. She believes that travel makes for a further understanding of people.
