About Karen:

Working with dedication, determination, and a growth mindset are traits that Karen Hansen has brought from her experience opening new markets as a GM in retail into the recruiting industry.

Karen has a 10-year history of working in high-volume retail, specifically food and beverage-focused convenience stores. Karen has specialized in opening new markets as a General Manager, allowing her to become proficient in mass hiring, transferring company culture and values to new areas, establishing brand loyalty in new territories, and pipeline development. Karen has studied Business Leadership at Ashford University and loves immersing herself in new and exciting industries!

As Karen spent her entire career with a single company, she was ready to expand into a new business vertical. Recruiting was the perfect transition for her, as the most fulfilling part of her time as a GM was growing others' careers. Recruiting allows her to give back to the industry that shaped her into the professional she is today while also allowing her to explore and learn about different industries that excite her. Karen is so thankful that she joined Goodwin Recruiting as a Recruiting Partner!
