Karon Scalora joined Goodwin Recruiting in March 2021. Karon’s goals for joining Goodwin Recruiting as a Hospitality Recruiter are to build trusting and fruitful relationships and to find new forever-work-homes for those on the search.
Karon has a background and experience of over 30 years in the hospitality industry, most recently as the Director of Operations for an international chain, working with a group of fifty-plus restaurant franchisees on their operational and financial growth. She has had the opportunity, through the hospitality industry, to travel extensively in the USA and work with different demographics in over forty states as well as internationally.
Karon has recently taken up oil painting and enjoys travel, especially exploring Italy’s fine wines and great cuisine.
