About Kathleen:

Kathleen Cimino is dedicated and committed to supporting both clients and candidates in improving their operations and lives.

Kathleen has extensive experience in hospitality operations with a focus on from-scratch concepts. Kathleen worked most of her career in Washington, DC, and focused on concept development, beverage programs, and event management. Kathleen has both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Sommeliers.

Kathleen has been passionate about hospitality since her first time working in a DC sports bar where she realized how great leadership makes a daily impact on her coworkers and guests. She is passionate about impacting people's lives and the partnership with Goodwin gives her that opportunity daily.
