About Mike:

With over 27 years in restaurant operations, Mike Tobins is a true professional in every aspect of the hospitality industry.

A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, Mike has been a high-performing hospitality industry professional who has worked in nearly every aspect of the business. Well-versed in the corporate world, Mike has worked for Del Frisco's, Back Bay Restaurant Group, UNO's, and Shake Shack. He has also worked for James Beard Award-Winning Chefs as the opening General Manager of Hojoko in Boston. Mike owned his own award-winning BBQ restaurant, Marathon Burgers and BBQ, in Hopkinton, MA.

Mike started in the recruiting industry shortly after opening his own consulting firm. He knows how important (and challenging) it is to find amazing people to be the face of your brand!
