Missy works hard for her clients to secure talented candidates. Missy’s background includes healthcare, business development, sales, leadership, and recruiting. Her previous clinical background as a respiratory therapist, leadership background as a healthcare director of business development, and VP of Operations in Staffing and Recruiting allows her to fully understand your staffing issues from the top down.
She has a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Walden University.
Missy began her recruiting and staffing experience while assisting a friend with an agency start-up and then returned to business development in healthcare operations. After returning to the operations side, she realized the demand for quality staff and that she could make a more significant difference in that area. Missy decided to return to recruiting and become a Goodwin Recruiting Partner. Becoming a Partner was the best career decision she has made, and she couldn’t be more thrilled with the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives.
