With a background in Operations, Human Resources, and Finance, Neil Lurvey brings a wealth of insider knowledge to the recruiting industry, his clients, and candidates.
Neil has led talent acquisition programs across numerous industries including Tech, Marketing and Public Relations, Hospitality, Retail, and Manufacturing. Prior to evolving his career into recruiting, Neil was a Director of Operations with a concentration in Finance and HR for a chain of casual dining restaurants in Austin, Texas. He started his hospitality career by attending Le Cordon Bleu with his career taking him to Los Angeles, New York City, Missouri, Texas, and finally Las Vegas.
Neil is passionate about the relationships that he is able to build with his clients and candidates, but his number one passion is his family. His wife Tina is a fashion designer and his son Harrison is an active youth golfer.
