Rob Rush has thrived in the hospitality industry. Throughout his 25-year career, he has held almost every position possible. A team builder at heart, Rob works seamlessly within each group he has led. He has extensive knowledge in fine dining, corporate concepts, catering, quick serve, and multi-unit businesses.
Rob is known as a quick thinker and problem solver. He is the ‘MacGyver’ of difficult situations, likely due to his ability to see challenges from all perspectives. This allows him to listen carefully and build creative solutions. He works hard on behalf of both the client and the candidate to find a mutually beneficial relationship.
Rob joined Goodwin Recruiting in 2021. He takes great care in listening closely to the needs and expertise of candidates and clients alike — because of this, Rob is able to make long-term, successful placements. He has a work ethic that is built on determination and commitment to success.
When he is not in the office, you can find Rob with his wife and two sons hiking on his 33 acres of forest, in his fruit orchard, or back in the hop yard. He loves the tranquility of nature and hiking with his dogs. His newest venture is shiitake mushroom farming.
