In his career, Rogers Hornsby has always relied upon his network of both professional and personal relationships. These networks have been his sounding boards, his inspirations, his launching pads, and in full transparency, they are also the ones that pushed him, prodded him, and in some ways molded him into who he is as a hospitality professional.
Over the last 28 years, Rogers has evolved from Assistant Manager to General Manager and then an Owner/Partner. He worked for Cracker Barrel for 18 years, Village Inn for six years, and was part of a start-up café in 2004.
In 2021, Rogers joined the Goodwin Recruiting team, where he lives in the Atlanta market and has clients throughout the Southeast. His experience in relationship building is what his success has been based upon.
Rogers loves the outdoors and wildlife, golfing, sports in general, and spending time with his wife and children. Music is another passion of his. Rogers has played the piano for over 35 years, although he can no longer read music.
