About Suzanne:

Suzanne Rhoads is a skilled recruiter with over two decades of experience in hospitality operations. Suzanne's dedication to clients and candidates allows her to build long-lasting relationships. She works hard to truly understand the needs of the organization and make a great fit. She prides herself on her strong ethics, attention to detail, and ability to connect with others.

Suzanne has a long history in the hospitality industry in Restaurants and Casinos. Her experience includes restaurant openings, training and development, general manager, centralized scheduling, talent acquisition, and consulting. Suzanne graduated with her Master of Hospitality Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has her bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston, and she is currently getting her Ph.D. of Philosophy in hospitality management at Iowa State University.

Suzanne found her passion for recruiting during her time as Talent Acquisition Manager for a St. Louis casino. This position allowed her to remain close to operations, as she was able to build strong partnerships with operators in order to find perfect candidates for their teams. While there, she was able to create programs to improve hiring practices, train leaders in interviewing and employee selection, and reduce employee turnover. Her passion for recruiting is what led her to Goodwin Recruiting, where she gets to build relationships with clients and candidates across the nation.
