About Viorica:

Reliability, transparency, and a genuine approach are the guiding principles that Viorica Fialcovschi applies to her day-to-day recruiting process. She is passionate about building strong relationships with both candidates and clients and believes that she can make an impact in people's lives by assisting them professionally.

Viorica was born and raised in the country of Moldova in Eastern Europe. She graduated with a degree in Journalism and Science of Communications and moved to the United States shortly after. Coming into a new country, she was able to reinvent herself and worked in restaurants and hotels, starting from a server to a sales manager and into hotel operations. She fluently speaks four languages, including English, Spanish, Romanian, and Russian, which benefits her daily in building solid relationships with her clients and candidates.

Viorica started her journey in the recruiting world when she had the amazing opportunity to interview with Goodwin Recruiting. She quickly realized she could apply all her hospitality knowledge, combined with sales and communications skills, and make a real difference in people's lives by facilitating both candidates in their career search and clients in finding and attracting the perfect matches.
