About Wendy:

Wendy Gettys has been in Hospitality all of her life. She loves connecting with people, is a problem solver, and a people pleaser. Joining Goodwin Recruiting as Internal Recruiter has been a natural career segue for Wendy, as she gets to work hard to find the correct and very best people to grow the team.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Wendy's career was in restaurants, where she worked positions from Server to General Manager. Wendy worked for a great restaurant group for 15 years with a great culture and taught her everything from building relationships to planning a budget. She was also a Franchise Business Consultant for a restaurant concept that was on Shark Tank and partnered with Barbara Corcoran.

Wendy is extremely family-oriented and close with her parents and sister. She has a son who is about to graduate high school and two beloved Chiweenies at home. Wendy is a huge fan of futbol (soccer)!
